**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a results-driven Outside Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building relationships with clients, and driving sales growth in the transportation industry.
**Responsibilities:**
- Conduct outside sales visits to prospective clients
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients
- Present proposals to potential customers
- Negotiate contracts and close sales deals
- Collaborate with the internal team to ensure customer satisfaction
- Meet and exceed sales targets
**Requirements:**
- Proven experience in outside sales or related field
- Strong sales, negotiation, and business development skills
- Excellent customer service and communication abilities
- Familiarity with technical sales and technology products is a plus
- Fluency in Spanish is advantageous but not required
- Ability to think critically
